It was pretty cool, and got me thinking- hey why not do that with 40k? So here's another Your Move article.
Here's the scenario: Ghazkull and his sqaud of 25 Ork Boyz has were charged by 5 Terminators with Thunderhammers and Storm Shields. Ghazkull will pop his Waaaagh to so his armor save for the next two combats is 2+ and Invulnerable.
It is the Terminators turn to attack now at Initiative 1, they have suffered no wounds yet. They need to break through this combat and take the winning objective. It lies slightly behind this combat and they have the rest of this combat, and their turn to do it.
How do you win?
Over the past few years I've been privileged to meet a lot of great hobbyists out there. One such fellow is Dan Johnson. Dan produces amazingly realistic Marine conversion that are really just phenomenal.
There is a regular here at FTW Games named Blaine Toups, aka Dingareth on the internets. He's a nice enough fellow, I mean I've driven with him to several tournaments lately (BoLScon, and DaBoyz), so I mean I got no beef with him or anything. Blaine however keeps digging at me about how his Stormraven is better than mine.
Now normally I'm okay with being made fun of and can hold my own against any antagonizer, but lately the crescendo of Blaine's boasts has increased. Granted he's all busted up from surgery, gimping around like Dr. House and popping Vicodins, so he's probably just mad in the head. Regardless I told him the other day, hey why don't we let the internet decide? I mean whats more impartial than that, right?
So if you wouldn't mind helping us settle our little difference, please vote for either me or Blaine on the poll below. I've also posted up a pic of each of our conversions for your viewing pleasure.

Mike has been hard at work lately converting up some Scourges. I wanted to get a pic of the models before he painted them, but he didnt want to giveaway all the work he did. Sorry Mike you can't stop the signal baby, cause I know my bits!
To make this bad boy he used a standard Dark Eldar Warrior model, added some Blood Angels Sanguinary Guard Wings, a Phantasm Launcher, and finished it off with a Swooping Hawk head. All this for the low price of $90 retail for the squad! I probably shouldn't talk- I think my Stormraven conversion was well over $200 retail. But the results speak for themselves, this Scourge figure is a beaut!
I'll try to have some squad pics for you all soon- since the conversion pic is out of the bag! For now however, check out the close-ups below!
